Our Colorado emblem is represented by the state flag’s red “C”, symbolic of our state’s iron rusted rocks and soil. The intricate subsurface design glimmers in the sunshine that it represents, radiating from its central yellow circle also found on the CO flag and denoting our 300 days of sun a year.
